Loomacord is built for lawful, authorized creative and professional work. This policy applies to every model, media studio, research tool, automation, and output available through the platform and supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Voice, face, and likeness consent
- You may upload, clone, edit, or generate a person’s voice, face, image, or likeness only when it is your own or you have the person’s documented permission and all other necessary rights.
- Nonconsensual impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fraud, harassment, identity theft, and content designed to falsely imply a real person’s endorsement are prohibited.
- You must clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when omission would mislead a reasonable viewer about a real person or event.
- Exploitative sexual content, sexual content involving minors, and intimate imagery created or shared without consent are prohibited.
2. Images and identity accuracy
Generative models may approximate rather than reproduce a person exactly. Loomacord may offer a composite workflow that preserves an uploaded person by placing an authorized cutout into a design, and a generative workflow that redraws a person from references. Users are responsible for choosing the appropriate workflow, obtaining consent, and reviewing the final output before publication.
3. Research, leads, and outreach
Research and lead tools may be used only with lawful sources and for lawful purposes. Unlawful harvesting, bypassing access controls, collecting sensitive personal data without a valid basis, stalking, credential theft, and unsolicited mass spam are prohibited. Users must honor applicable privacy, anti-spam, platform, and do-not-contact requirements.
4. Professional and market information
Legal, medical, tax, financial, securities, cryptocurrency, and market-related outputs are informational tools, not professional services or individualized advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Users must independently verify material facts and consult a qualified professional before acting.
5. Rights and lawful content
You must have the rights necessary to upload and process all prompts, files, brands, music, images, video, personal data, and other materials. Infringing, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or privacy-violating content is prohibited.
6. Enforcement and reports
Loomacord may block an operation, remove content, limit features, preserve relevant records, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people, comply with provider requirements, or obey law. Report suspected abuse to safety@loomacord.com.
